Carpet Washing

Our specialized center takes care of your carpets with advanced technology and equipment. The washing is carried out by placing the carpet horizontally and using neutral detergents to ensure the optimal outcome of the specific treatment. Upon request, we will arrange the pickup and delivery of your carpet.

WASHING PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

 

Entry Check: Items are weighed and/or measured upon entry and are also checked to verify their condition. Each item is assigned a barcode for traceability throughout all stages of processing and/or washing.

 

Beating: Each carpet is dusted using a special beating machine.

 

Washing: The dusted carpet is then washed horizontally using specific detergents with low environmental impact.

 

Centrifuge: The washed carpet is placed in a special centrifuge, a process that removes about 90% of the water and prevents color loss.

 

Combing: The carpet pile is combed to straighten the fibers.

 

Drying: The carpets are left to dry in a room at about 50°C with low humidity and carefully monitored overnight.

 

Final Check and Packaging: The carpets undergo a final check, are blown, combed, and vacuumed. At the end of the process, they are packaged for delivery to the customer.

 

At our center and laboratory, restorations are carried out by Persian specialists using yarns from the original production areas of the carpet.

Delivery and estimates for possible restorations are free. Technical assessments can also be carried out upon request to determine the origin and value of the carpets.
